Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years culinary experience
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
  • SERV Safe certification
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and MSDS information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong personal faith and articulate belief in Jesus Christ

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years culinary experience
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience

  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and MSDS information
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Mature walk with Jesus Christ and able to articulate belief

Job Duties

  • Direct kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup
  • Assign tasks and supervise attendants, cooks, volunteers, and specialty department coordinators
  • Assist in menu planning and ordering, including implementation of donations
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and donation providers
  • Resolve issues and communicate with the Director of Food Services
  • Enforce staff adherence to policies and procedures
  • Uphold all safety practices and ensure kitchen cleanliness and readiness
