Job Requirements

- Ability to operate cooking and food preparation equipment
- Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Knowledge of company’s products, services, and customer-related policies
- Ability to train and lead other team members
- Responsible for all store operations while on-duty in absence of Food Service Manager
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
- Ability to perform repetitive movements
- Ability to work in excessive heat and cold environments
- Patience and expertise in conducting training
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate multiple devices
- Desire and ability to understand various computer software programs
- Good understanding of register systems, troubleshooting, and back office software
Job Qualifications
- Customer relationship experience
- Successful completion of on-the-job training
- Ability to train and supervise team members
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Understanding of register systems and back office software
- Ability to operate cooking and food preparation equipment
Job Duties
- Support completion of all store level tasks related to food preparation, cash register, customer service, and housekeeping
- Ensure exceptional customer experience by upholding company values
- Operate cooking and food preparation equipment safely
- Train and supervise team members on company policies and procedures
- Manage all store operations in the absence of the Food Service Manager
- Assist with food preparation and service including operating grill, broiler, and fryer
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and kitchen areas
- Greet customers and provide menu information and suggestions
- Replenish products and supplies to ensure stock availability
- Participate in team efforts to meet departmental and company goals
- Execute assigned store marketing programs
- Report unsafe activities to supervisor or Human Resources
- Provide leadership and set an example of professionalism and consistency
