The department operates a main dining room and multiple food court concepts, ensuring that all customers receive courteous and efficient service. As part of a larger healthcare institution, this department emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction, maintaining strict sanitation standards and adhering to health regulations such as the Oklahoma Food Handler's permit requirement. Working relationships span across patients, customers, and healthcare professionals, necessitating a high level of interpersonal interaction and professional demeanor.
