We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Catering Team as Food Service Associates at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. This seasonal role offers competitive pay starting at $12 per hour, with flexible schedules to accommodate varying availability. The position involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, contributing to the catering operations and supporting special events throughout the park. As a Food Service Associate in Catering, you will prepare and serve food in various settings including restaurants, outdoor carts, and special event venues. The role requires a proactive, guest-focused approach, ensuring dining areas are clean, safe, and welcoming. Employees receive TABC certification training, empowering them to handle beverage service responsibly. The position also demands physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout shifts. Candidates should exhibit strong communication skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to thrive independently or as part of a team. Work hours are variable and include days, nights, weekends, and holidays to best support the vibrant catering operations throughout the busy season. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive, guest-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout your shift
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 25 pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods of time
  • Must be available to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays to support catering operations

Job Duties

  • Prepare and/or serve food while following Six Flags quality and safety standards
  • Obtain TABC Certification (training provided)
  • Keep indoor and outdoor dining areas clean, safe, and guest-ready
  • Deliver outstanding guest service through positive and engaging interactions
  • Collect and transport trash to designated disposal areas
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Support other areas within the Food & Beverage Operations Department as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
