Job Requirements
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- active and valid Food Handler's Certification required
- minimum of six months of food service experience
- familiarity with food safety regulations
- strong organization skills
- basic computer skills
- must be able to pass de-escalation training as defined by state requirements
- must be at least 18 years old unless residing in a state with a different minimum age requirement
- must be able to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and professionalism
- must pass a seven-year background check
- must pass substance abuse and/or tuberculosis testing if applicable
- must obtain designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states
- must pass education verification check
- must pass a three-year motor vehicle report and meet insurance eligibility if driving is required
- travel may be required based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- active and valid Food Handler's Certification
- minimum of six months of food service experience
- familiarity with food safety regulations
- strong organization skills
- basic computer skills
- ability to pass de-escalation training as defined by state requirements
Job Duties
- Prepares and serves food in accordance with food safety requirements and departmental procedures
- maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen by using proper food handling techniques
- ensures all food is dated and disposed of after the sell date
- monitors refrigerator temperature and documents on daily temperature log
- keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified
- understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies
- performs other related duties as assigned
