Job Requirements
- No minimum education required
- Preferred high school diploma or GED
- No minimum experience required
- Preferred 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant experience
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours a day
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitization protocols
- Ability to perform specialized attire requirements
- Travel availability up to 5 percent
Job Qualifications
- Preferred high school diploma or GED
- Preferred 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant experience
- ServSafe or food safety certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable interacting with guests and team members
- Demonstrated high energy and ability to multitask
- Team oriented with willingness to assist others
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated
- Ensure that food recipes and preparation procedures are followed correctly when assigned to food service area
- Wrap and label food products accurately
- Maintain food presentation and keep work areas sparkling clean according to company standards
- Adhere to food safety preparation and sanitization protocols and maintain equipment
- Operate the cash register efficiently and friendly to minimize guest wait time
- Monitor stock levels on sales floor, rotate stock, and keep product levels full to meet company inventory goal
- Lead by example in execution of company values, programs, processes and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or acting supervisor
- Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations
