The Food Service Assistant role at Bezos Academy is pivotal in promoting health, safety, and educational quality through nutrition. The role is responsible for the comprehensive management of kitchen and food service operations including preparation, ordering, delivery, and compliance with USDA and CACFP standards. This entails preparing meals that are nutritious and adhere strictly to childcare regulations, managing food inventories and waste, and ensuring timely delivery of meals to classrooms.
