Job Duties
- lead team briefings at the start of each shift
- oversee kitchen operations to ensure timely and precise food preparation
- manage peak hours operations with efficiency and composure
- handle customer service issues professionally and promptly
- motivate and support team members to maintain high morale and productivity
- monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- conduct end-of-day team meetings to review performance and plan for upcoming shifts
