Job Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- previous customer service experience
- knowledge of food service preferred
- ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- ability to perform basic math
- on-the-job training will be provided
- Serv Safe certification may be required depending upon location
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required depending upon location requirements
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- previous customer service experience
- experience in retail counting and reconciliation of money
- knowledge of food service preferred
- ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- ability to perform basic math
- ability to work independently
- understanding of food safety and sanitation processes
- Serv Safe certification may be required depending upon location
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required depending upon location requirements
Job Duties
- Monitor and record proper temperature of food
- set up and maintain a clean and sanitized serving area
- prepare and serve food items
- restock food areas
- clean and sanitize equipment
- receive payment for food and beverages using a computerized register
- comply with Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines
