The Food Services Assistant role at Cardea Health is integral to ensuring that participants reliably receive nutritious meals. This position supports the daily meal and nutrition services operations across multiple program locations. Duties involve the careful receipt, stocking, rotation, and inventory management of food supplies using recognized inventory methods such as FIFO (First In, First Out) to maintain freshness and safety.
