Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • must be able to endure work environments of excessive heat
  • must follow guidelines on staying hydrated, eating properly, and using sunscreen

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • 18 years old to operate some equipment
  • excellent verbal communication skills needed
  • be aware, attentive, work well with others, and accept guidance and supervision
  • develop the initiative to take on additional tasks and duties
  • basic math skills for balancing cash register daily
  • complete food handling course that is provided
  • must be available to work holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Cashiers place order, take payment, prepare order and serve customers in a quick and professional manner
  • line cooks operate and properly maintain all cooking equipment and prep stations
  • keep a clean and safe work environment
  • maintain the highest level of customer service standards
  • escalate all customer concerns to management
  • receive payments by credit cards, vouchers or debit cards
  • ability to count money and make change
  • obtain knowledge of facility and amenities to assist customers
  • must be reliable and responsible with schedule management
  • adhere to all grooming, hygiene, and wardrobe policies
  • follow all park policies and procedures
  • other duties as assigned
