Boasting 595 guest rooms, this hotel provides guests with luxurious accommodations coupled with outstanding amenities and services. Guests can enjoy easy access to the beach via the hotel’s dedicated shuttle service, immersing themselves in the sun-soaked paradise of Florida's coast. The hotel’s location and facilities make it an ideal destination for both leisure and business travelers who seek comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. Their commitment sets a high standard in the local hospitality industry, embodying the values that the Hilton brand has upheld since its inception in 1919.

The Part-Time Food Server role at Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina is designed for passionate individuals eager to contribute to the hotel's stellar dining service. This position is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively, customer-focused environment. As a Food Server, you will serve food and beverages to guests in the property’s Pool Lounge, which operates daily from 11am to 6pm, ensuring that every guest feels attended to with friendliness, promptness, and professionalism. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience as a server in fast-paced settings, preferably within hotel restaurants, which equips them with the skill to handle a high volume of guests gracefully and efficiently. Knowledge of beverages, including alcoholic drinks, is preferred to assist guests better and enhance their dining experience.

This part-time position requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, working two to three days per week. The role offers a competitive rate of $11.98 per hour plus tips, reflecting the value Hilton places on quality service. Beyond just a job, Hilton provides an enriching work culture grounded in its core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency. Team members are supported by innovative programs and comprehensive benefits aimed at fostering their physical and mental wellbeing. These programs include access to pay through DailyPay, comprehensive medical insurance for employees and family members, mental health resources such as the Employee Assistance Program, and best-in-class paid time off policies. Additional perks include participation in the Go Hilton travel program with exclusive discounted travel opportunities, parental leave supporting new parents, a debt-free education initiative through Guild Education offering college degrees and professional certifications, a 401K retirement plan with company match, an employee stock purchase program providing Hilton shares at a discounted rate, and robust career growth and development opportunities to help team members thrive personally and professionally.

Working at Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina means joining a global hospitality leader committed to creating remarkable experiences through its dedicated employees. With nearly a century of success, Hilton continues to innovate and lead the industry by maintaining excellence in service, amenities, and overall guest satisfaction. By becoming a Part-Time Food Server here, you are stepping into a vibrant community of professionals dedicated to hospitality excellence, where your contributions are respected, your growth is encouraged, and your career potential is limitless.
