Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of food server experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably experience in a hotel restaurant setting
- Knowledge of beverages is preferred
- Ability to work required shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
