Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- ability to adhere to health and safety standards
- physical ability to stand and move for long durations
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling orders and payments
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their meal experience special
- master the menu by learning the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to help guests and answer their questions with confidence
- serve with efficiency and care by taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering completed orders promptly with attention to detail
- manage the food service station by ensuring it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized
- comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
