Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to adhere to health and safety standards
  • physical ability to stand and move for long durations
  • flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling orders and payments
  • familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their meal experience special
  • master the menu by learning the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to help guests and answer their questions with confidence
  • serve with efficiency and care by taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering completed orders promptly with attention to detail
  • manage the food service station by ensuring it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized
  • comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
