Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of restaurant or dining service experience
- Food Handler Safety Certification
- TABC Certification
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Able to bend, stretch, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in warm, busy, and noisy environments
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of restaurant or dining service experience
- Menu, beverage, and wine knowledge
- Ability to anticipate needs and elevate the guest experience
- Food Handler Safety Certification

Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge members and guests with warmth
- Learn members' names and preferences to personalize service
- Ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and genuine care
- Be fully knowledgeable about the menu, beverage offerings, and wine list
- Explain dishes, answer questions, and make thoughtful recommendations
- Demonstrate strong wine and spirits knowledge
- Time the service of each course with confidence and accuracy
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and service team
- Maintain a polished, efficient, and organized section
