Located at Harrah’s Philadelphia in Chester, PA, this Food Server position is a crucial role designed to consistently deliver superior customer service by embodying Family Style Service behaviors. The role requires maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor, using warmth and attention to cultivate a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. A Food Server is responsible for greeting guests, explaining menus, taking food and beverage orders, delivering items promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. This position demands the ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver flawless service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Additionally, the server promotes Caesars Rewards programs, engages guests positively, and follows responsible service procedures, including monitoring alcohol consumption and applying RAMP certification guidelines.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and reach
- Able to work from a standing position
- Able to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must complete and pass Food Service Sanitation course within 90 days of hire
- Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors
