As part of their commitment to superior guest experiences, The Breakers is seeking energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Food Server Assistants. This role is vital in supporting servers and maintaining the impeccable standards that The Breakers is known for. The Food Server Assistant plays a key role in the smooth operation of the restaurant by working closely with servers to ensure guest needs are met efficiently and attentively. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables promptly, assisting with food and beverage service, and upholding food safety and cleanliness protocols throughout the service areas.

Job Duties
- work with servers to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner
- ensure impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant and adhere to food safety standards
- clear tables and reset them according to standards immediately after guests have departed
- set up the front of the house and back of the house for service (expo line and dish area)
- assist servers during meal periods, pour water, clear dishes, reset tables, run food, and maintain the cleanliness of the space
- provide excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- perform other related duties as assigned
