Campbell Army post, the Property attracts a diverse clientele that includes military personnel, local residents, and visitors from neighboring states. This bustling complex is approximately 10 miles from Clarksville, Tennessee, and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, making it an accessible destination for travelers and locals alike. The facility offers an integrated experience combining racing, gaming, and hotel accommodations, ensuring guests enjoy varied leisure options under one roof. The role of Food Server within this dynamic environment is pivotal in creating memorable dining experiences for all guests. This position is responsible for maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and organization, ensuring the dining area is always prepared and inviting for patrons. Food Servers play an essential role in a fine dining setting, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction by attentively taking orders and delivering food and beverages promptly. They support special events by adhering to instructions from events leadership to guarantee guest needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably possess fine dining experience
- Basic knowledge of wines and alcohol preferred
- Six months prior work experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain Kentucky gaming/racing license
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must be able to carry serving trays and lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to maintain confidentiality and security of information
- Must adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
- Must work effectively in a fast-paced, interruptive environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior fine dining experience preferred
- Knowledge of wines, alcohol, and basic food service preferred
- Six months prior food service experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain Kentucky gaming/racing license
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with diverse populations
Job Duties
- Take orders from patrons and deliver them promptly
- Keep dining area clean and orderly
- Perform responsible alcohol service complying with patron limitations
- Carry serving trays with dinner plates
- Ensure safety and security of guests and employees
- Assist with setup and breakdown during events
- Perform other duties as assigned
