The role of Food Server at Aramark involves critical responsibilities that support kitchen operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Job Duties

  • Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
  • compile a daily update to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
  • understand what constitutes a complete meal and check for the presence of all necessary components
  • store food accurately to preserve flavor and nutrients
  • distribute meals to diners in accordance with prescribed meal schedules and policies
  • operate and maintain food preparation tools, especially cutting tools
  • ensure efficient and timely assembly of various food items and beverages
  • enhance the visual appeal of meals by incorporating garnishes
  • assist with cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen facilities
  • abide by all food safety legislation including sanitation procedures and proper handling
  • adhere to the uniform policy requirements
  • coordinate daily with the kitchen manager to execute the day’s menu
  • monitor food temperatures to ensure safety
  • keep work and storage areas clean and organized
  • regularly sanitize workspaces to prevent contamination
  • perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
  • manage waste to maintain cleanliness and orderliness
  • complete supplementary tasks including assisting operations in different kitchen zones
