Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age
Two years food service experience
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle a 27-inch oval food server's tray ranging in weight from 20 to 35 pounds
Ability to move throughout the kitchen continuously during the shift
Ability to push and/or pull 40 to 50 pounds on wheels
Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
Must present a professional and pleasant appearance appealing and approachable
Ability to familiarize with wine and spirits menu, service, and knowledge
Ability to follow directions
Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch, push, and pull when necessary
Ability to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized and attentive to details
Ability to tolerate hot temperatures in kitchen areas
Ability to work inside and continuously maneuver throughout the steakhouse
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of food service experience

Job Duties

Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly
Have deep knowledge of the menu and beverages to upsell and inform guests about specials
Maintain excellent guest relations and communicate effectively with guests, kitchen staff, and other staff members
Adhere to established service standards and maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management and as necessary
Work varying hours including shifts during peak and off-peak times
Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction with meal and overall dining experience
Work independently managing multiple responsibilities including side duties to support operational efficiency
