Completion of required stadium training modules, including food safety, guest service, and alcohol compliance, is mandatory.

The physical demands of the role require servers to be on their feet for extended periods and perform repetitive motions such as carrying trays and operating POS devices. Working in both indoor and outdoor premium spaces, Food Servers must maintain a professional appearance and a guest-focused mindset, ensuring exceptional service even during peak periods and in varied conditions. Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences and menu offerings
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly ensuring presentation, temperature, and quality standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs
  • Address concerns or escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas including stocking supplies and resetting tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and premium spaces
  • Follow food safety, allergen awareness, and alcohol compliance procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen, bar staff, runners, and supervisors to ensure efficient service flow during events
