Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • food service certification required
  • ability to interpret and follow instructions
  • capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
  • adherence to uniform and personal protective equipment guidelines
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
  • compile a daily update to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
  • understand what constitutes a complete meal and check for all necessary components
  • store food accurately to preserve flavor and nutrients
  • distribute meals to diners according to schedules and policies
  • operate and maintain food preparation tools safely
  • ensure efficient and timely assembly of food items and beverages
  • enhance culinary creations with garnishes
  • assist with cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen facilities
  • comply with food safety legislation and sanitation procedures
  • adhere to uniform policy
  • liaise daily with the manager on menu execution
  • monitor food temperatures
  • keep work and storage areas clean and organized
  • sanitize workspaces regularly
  • complete general cleaning duties
  • ensure cleanliness of waste collection sites
  • perform supplementary duties as needed
