Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or related field advantageous
- Food service certification
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical capability to lift, bend, push, and pull
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Commitment to wearing personal protective equipment when required

Job Duties
- Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
- Compile a daily update to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
- Check for the presence of all necessary meal components
- Store food accurately to preserve flavor and nutrients
- Distribute meals to diners according to prescribed meal schedules and policies
- Operate and maintain food preparation tools, especially cutting tools
- Ensure efficient and timely assembly of food items and beverages
- Enhance meal presentation through garnishing
- Assist with cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen facilities
- Adhere to food safety legislation, including sanitation procedures and proper food handling
- Follow uniform policy requirements
- Coordinate daily with the manager on menu execution
- Monitor food temperatures for safety
- Keep work and storage areas clean and organized
- Sanitize workspaces such as steam tables, surfaces, and tools
- Complete general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- Maintain cleanliness of garbage collection sites and kitchen floors
- Support operations in different kitchen zones as needed
