We are currently seeking a motivated Food Server to join our hospitality team. This role is designed for an enthusiastic individual who possesses exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for the food service industry. The Food Server will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, and highlighting specials while upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, servers will take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure their timely delivery. This position demands maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols while serving food and drinks professionally. Additionally, the Food Server will manage guest relations by addressing requests promptly, resolving concerns with empathy, and providing personalized service to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Other responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards. Effective use of reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize guest flow is essential. The role also involves handling cash transactions accurately, performing cashiering duties, and ensuring proper math calculations. The ideal candidate will bring previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings, along with familiarity with POS systems, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of food industry terminology and serving techniques.
