Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- basic math skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse clientele
- ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly
- basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- previous experience in host or hostess roles or food industry positions is advantageous
- culinary experience or kitchen background is beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS
- upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
- assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas according to sanitation standards
- use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements
