We are currently seeking a dedicated Food Server to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the guest experience by acting as the friendly and knowledgeable face that guides patrons through their culinary journey. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service from the moment guests arrive until their departure. Your duties will include greeting guests warmly, taking accurate food and beverage orders with POS systems like Toast POS, upselling menu items, serving food and beverages promptly, and managing guest inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and ensuring cleanliness according to sanitation standards. Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable will help optimize seating arrangements and improve overall service efficiency.

This is a paid position offering an hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $25.00 and is available in both full-time and part-time capacities. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
excellent customer service skills
ability to multitask and manage time effectively
basic math skills
knowledge of food safety and sanitation
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly
basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
previous experience in host or hostess roles or food industry positions is advantageous
culinary experience or kitchen background is beneficial but not required
