Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- prior experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to work well under pressure
- willingness to learn and grow
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to stand, bend, reach and twist continuously during shifts
- availability for night shift

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- take food and drink orders accurately with a positive attitude
- guide guests through the menu and make appropriate suggestions
- ensure tables are satisfied and address any issues
- prepare checks itemizing meal costs and operate point-of-sale system
- set up and break down the dining space daily including server workstations
- communicate effectively with managers and staff regarding guest needs
