Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and billing
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring efficient processing
- Upsell menu items by highlighting specials and premium options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations
- Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to uphold a welcoming environment
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting a smooth operation during busy hours
- Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize restaurant flow
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
- Assist with host/hostess duties when needed, including managing waitlists and seating arrangements in a professional manner
