Job Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling cash and billing
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for order processing and sales tracking
Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest experience
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, hospitality, and food industry standards
Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times
Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring efficient processing
Upsell menu items by highlighting specials and premium options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Serve food promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations
Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to uphold a welcoming environment
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting a smooth operation during busy hours
Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize restaurant flow
Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
Assist with host/hostess duties when needed, including managing waitlists and seating arrangements in a professional manner
