Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- food service certification
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods
- commitment to wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
- adherence to food safety and sanitation policies
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records
- willingness to work flexible hours as needed

- satisfactory education or training to interpret, write, and track verbal and written guidance
- ability to perform effectively under pressure

Job Duties
- Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
- compile a daily update to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
- understand what constitutes a complete meal and check for all necessary components
- store food accurately to preserve flavor and nutrients
- distribute meals to diners according to prescribed meal schedules and policies
- operate and maintain food preparation tools, especially cutting tools
- ensure efficient and timely assembly of food items and beverages
- enhance visual appeal of meals by garnishing
- assist with cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen facilities
- comply with food safety legislation including sanitation, handling, and storage
- adhere to uniform policy requirements
- coordinate daily with the manager to understand and execute the menu
- monitor food temperatures consistently for safety
- keep work and storage areas organized and clean
- sanitize workspaces regularly to prevent contamination
- complete general cleaning duties like sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes
- maintain cleanliness of garbage collection areas and kitchen floors
- perform supplementary duties as needed across kitchen zones
