Job Requirements
- Food service certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to operate food preparation tools safely
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods
- Compliance with uniform and PPE standards
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
- Willingness to assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties
- Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
- Compile a daily update to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
- Check for the presence of all necessary meal components
- Store food accurately to preserve flavor and nutrients
- Distribute meals according to meal schedules and policies
- Operate and maintain food preparation tools safely
- Ensure efficient and timely assembly of food items and beverages
- Enhance food presentation using garnishes
- Assist with cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen facilities
- Comply with food safety legislation including sanitation, handling, and storage
- Adhere to uniform policy requirements
- Coordinate daily menu with the manager
- Monitor food temperatures for safety
- Keep work and storage areas clean and organized
- Regularly sanitize workspaces, tools, and surfaces
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- Manage waste and maintain garbage collection sites
- Support kitchen operations in different zones as needed
