The Food Server role at Aramark is integral to delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests. This position supports the management team by engaging in food preparation, overseeing cash receipts, and maintaining accurate meal records. The Food Server plays a key role in assisting with daily report completion and ensuring that the kitchen meets all food production, sanitation, and safety standards. This role requires attentiveness to detail and a strong commitment to food safety compliance, including proper sanitation procedures, food handling, and storage guidelines.

The Food Server is responsible for producing top-quality meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu, as well as enhancing food presentation through garnishing. They efficiently distribute meals according to prescribed schedules, monitor food temperatures, and maintain clean, organized workspaces. The role also involves operating and maintaining food preparation tools, particularly cutting tools, to ensure safe and efficient workflow. Additionally, the Food Server assists in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen facilities, alongside performing general cleaning duties like sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.

Physical demands of the Food Server position include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Adherence to uniform standards and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary are essential parts of the job. Ideal candidates will have a food service certification and possess the ability to interpret, write, and follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
