Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or similar certification is preferred
- food service certification
- experience in food preparation and service preferred
- ability to engage in physical work including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods
- ability to follow safety protocols including wearing personal protective equipment
- effective communication skills
- commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
- compile a daily update to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
- check for the presence of all meal components
- store food accurately to preserve flavor and nutrients
- distribute meals according to schedules and policies
- operate and maintain food preparation tools
- ensure efficient and timely assembly of food items and beverages
- garnish food to enhance visual appeal
- assist with cleaning kitchen facilities and equipment
- comply with food safety legislation and sanitation procedures
- adhere to uniform policy
- liaise daily with manager regarding menu
- monitor food temperatures consistently
- keep work and storage areas clean and organized
- sanitize workspaces regularly
- perform general cleaning duties
- manage waste and garbage areas
- complete supplementary tasks as needed including backing up kitchen zones
