We are currently seeking enthusiastic Food Servers to join our dedicated team. Job Requirements
- Serving experience of at least 1 year preferred
- Availability to work night shifts required
- Availability for day shifts preferred
- Ability to commute to Grand Rapids, MI 49504 preferred
- Willingness to work in person at the restaurant
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service roles within restaurant or hospitality environments, especially fine dining or nightclub settings
- Knowledge of POS systems for seamless order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality service
- Familiarity with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and calculating bills accurately
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including bussing tables and managing sanitation standards

- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and give correct change
- Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
