We are currently seeking enthusiastic Food Servers to join our dedicated team. This position offers a wonderful opportunity to work in a dynamic and friendly environment where your passion for customer service can shine. The role involves engaging with guests to create memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere. While experience in food service is preferred, it is not mandatory; we encourage motivated individuals eager to learn and excel in hospitality to apply. Our competitive compensation includes a base wage ranging from $4.74 to $30.00 per hour, supplemented by tips, recognizing the value of your efforts in contributing to our guests' satisfaction.

As a Food Server at Salvatore's, your responsibilities will encompass greeting guests warmly, presenting menus with enthusiasm, and providing detailed descriptions of our dishes and specials. Utilizing the POS system to accurately take and process orders is a key aspect of the role, ensuring timely and correct food and beverage service. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area by bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards. Additionally, successful candidates will be skilled in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and support the kitchen staff with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to uphold food safety standards.
