Job Requirements
- Food service certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food preparation or service preferred
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with management
- Attention to detail for meal preparation and record keeping
Job Qualifications
- Food service certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to interpret, write, and track verbal and written guidance
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure completing tasks quickly and accurately
- Familiarity with food safety standards
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and storage

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
- Compile a daily update to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
- Check for the presence of all necessary meal components
- Store food accurately to preserve flavor and nutrients
- Distribute meals according to prescribed schedules and policies
- Operate and maintain food preparation tools, especially cutting tools
- Ensure efficient and timely assembly of food items and beverages
- Garnish meals to enhance visual appeal
- Assist with cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen areas
- Abide by food safety legislation including sanitation, handling, and storage
- Adhere to uniform policy requirements
- Coordinate daily menus with the manager
- Monitor food temperatures for safety
- Keep work and storage areas clean and organized
- Sanitize workspaces regularly
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- Manage waste and maintain cleanliness at garbage collection sites and kitchen floors
- Perform supplementary tasks including backing up kitchen operations as needed
