Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining and kitchen areas is a crucial duty, supporting the overall health and safety environment of the establishment. The role involves bussing tables, handling cash transactions with accuracy, and supporting host functions during busy periods, ensuring smooth operations even during peak times. Job Requirements

  • previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred

  • flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, including roles such as server, busser, or host/host
  • culinary experience is a plus, with knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
  • strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
  • excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and relations
  • familiarity with sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
  • experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly
