Job Requirements

Experience in food service or restaurant environments
Proficiency with POS systems
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math proficiency

Proficiency with POS systems
Strong knowledge of food safety standards sanitation practices and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement
Effective communication skills for guest relations team collaboration and order accuracy
Basic math skills
Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus for supporting overall restaurant flow

Job Duties

Greet members and guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Manage guest inquiries address concerns promptly and provide exceptional customer service to foster guest loyalty
Assist with bussing tables cleaning workstations and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow
