Job Requirements

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards sanitation practices and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement
- Effective communication skills for guest relations team collaboration and order accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus for supporting overall restaurant flow
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage guest inquiries address concerns promptly and provide exceptional customer service to foster guest loyalty
- Assist with bussing tables cleaning workstations and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
- Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow
