As a Food Server at Aramark, you will play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day operations of food service within various settings. This position involves a range of responsibilities from food and meal preparation to maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen. In collaboration with kitchen managers and other staff, the Food Server ensures that meals are prepared to high standards, accurately recorded, and efficiently distributed to guests. The role also includes overseeing cash receipts and assisting in the completion of daily reports to validate transactions and monitor meal arrangements.
This position requires diligent attention to detail regarding food safety practices, proper storage techniques, and compliance with all applicable health regulations. Physical demands of the role include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods while adhering to uniform standards and wearing personal protective equipment when necessary. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or related field is an asset
- ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills

- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
- compile a daily update to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
- understand what constitutes a complete meal and check for the presence of all necessary components
- store food accurately to preserve its flavor and nutrients
- distribute meals to diners in accordance with prescribed meal schedules and policies
- operate and maintain food preparation tools, especially cutting tools
- ensure efficient and timely assembly of various food items and beverages
