- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent communication skills to engage guests confidently and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling opportunities

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to ensure a clean, organized environment
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
- Support opening or closing procedures including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and sanitation compliance
