  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering
  • Strong customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude
  • Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
  • Excellent communication skills to engage guests confidently and professionally
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling opportunities
