- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
- Strong knowledge of POS systems for order processing and cashiering
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Previous host or hostess experience or food industry background is highly desirable
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring quick and efficient processing
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
