- food service certification
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and standing for long periods

- ability to follow detailed instructions and record-keeping

Job Duties
- Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
- Compile daily updates to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
- Check for the presence of all necessary meal components
- Store food accurately to preserve flavor and nutrients
- Distribute meals according to prescribed schedules and policies
- Operate and maintain food preparation tools safely
- Ensure efficient and timely assembly of food items and beverages
- Enhance culinary creations with garnishes
- Assist with cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen facilities
- Adhere to food safety legislation and sanitation procedures
- Follow uniform policy requirements
- Liaise daily with the manager for menu coordination
- Monitor food temperatures for safety
- Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas
- Sanitize workspaces regularly to prevent contamination
- Perform general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- Manage waste and maintain cleanliness in garbage collection areas
- Complete supplementary tasks and support other kitchen zones as needed
