Job Requirements

  • 1 year of previous serving experience in a full service restaurant
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • basic math skills for handling payments and making change
  • good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
  • friendly and approachable personality
  • legal eligibility to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year of food service experience in a full-service restaurant
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages
  • customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality

Job Duties

  • greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  • provide detailed knowledge about menu items including specials, ingredients, and dietary considerations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
  • handle guest requests and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
