Job Duties

  • Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
  • Compile a daily update to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
  • Understand what constitutes a complete meal and check for the presence of all necessary components
  • Store food accurately to preserve flavor and nutrients
  • Distribute meals to diners in accordance with prescribed meal schedules and policies
  • Operate and maintain food preparation tools, especially cutting tools
  • Ensure efficient and timely assembly of various food items and beverages
  • Enhance culinary creations with garnishes to elevate customer satisfaction
  • Assist with the cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen facilities
  • Abide by all food safety legislation including sanitation, handling, and storage
  • Adhere to uniform policy requirements
  • Liaise daily with management to understand and execute the menu
  • Monitor food temperatures to maintain safety standards
  • Keep work and storage areas clean and organized
  • Sanitize workspaces regularly to prevent contamination
  • Complete general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
  • Manage waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage collection sites and kitchen floors
  • Perform supplementary tasks and backup operations in different kitchen zones as needed
