Job Duties
- Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
- Compile a daily update to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
- Understand what constitutes a complete meal and check for the presence of all necessary components
- Store food accurately to preserve flavor and nutrients
- Distribute meals to diners in accordance with prescribed meal schedules and policies
- Operate and maintain food preparation tools, especially cutting tools
- Ensure efficient and timely assembly of various food items and beverages
- Enhance culinary creations with garnishes to elevate customer satisfaction
- Assist with the cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen facilities
- Abide by all food safety legislation including sanitation, handling, and storage
- Adhere to uniform policy requirements
- Liaise daily with management to understand and execute the menu
- Monitor food temperatures to maintain safety standards
- Keep work and storage areas clean and organized
- Sanitize workspaces regularly to prevent contamination
- Complete general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- Manage waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage collection sites and kitchen floors
- Perform supplementary tasks and backup operations in different kitchen zones as needed
