Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable using POS and restaurant systems
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
  • Deliver orders promptly and ensure correct presentation
  • Check back with guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas
  • Assist with resetting tables and supporting teammates as needed
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
  • Handle payment transactions and follow proper cash handling procedures
