Job Requirements

Hospitality experience of at least 3 years preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Capable of multitasking and managing multiple tables
Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is essential for order processing and sales tracking
Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
Experience with food industry standards including serving, food preparation, bussing, and guest services
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
Background in hospitality or customer service roles that emphasize guest relations and positive interactions

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving any concerns professionally
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via OpenTable or other reservation systems
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting in food preparation when needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold food safety standards
Support host/hostess duties as needed, including seating guests and managing waitlists during busy hours
