Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their dining needs are met
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and payment transactions
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experiences and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, and food preparation areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Buss tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment for guests
- Support host/host duties as needed, welcoming guests and managing seating arrangements
