Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in food science food technology nutrition or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in bakery product development or food innovation
  • Hands-on experience with dough and bread formulation required
  • Knowledge of cGMP and relevant food safety regulations (FDA USDA)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Proficient in standard office software and documentation systems
  • Ability to stand move and work in lab and production areas as needed
