Aramark is a global leader in food services, facilities management, and uniform services operating across 15 countries and proudly serving millions of guests every day. Rooted in service and united by a strong sense of purpose, Aramark strives to do great things for its employees, partners, communities, and the planet. The company places a strong emphasis on providing equal employment opportunities, fostering an inclusive work environment free from discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, military or veteran status, or other protected characteristics under applicable laws. Aramark is dedicated to the professional growth, development of talents, and fueling the passions of its workforce, making it an ideal place for employees seeking new challenges, a sense of belonging, and meaningful career advancement.

The role of Full-time Food Service Supervisor at Aramark is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food service and leadership. Supervisors will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead daily operations within a dynamic food services team. This position calls for a proactive leader who can oversee staff activities, collaborate with team members, and provide support where necessary to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the food service department.

The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for producing and maintaining work schedules, preparing production packets such as production sheets and recipes, and directing daily activities that adhere to food safety, quality standards, and departmental policies. Supervisors uphold the highest standards of safety and sanitation by ensuring food is stored safely, served according to menu specifications, and that the department meets all health and safety regulations. They maintain accurate inventory logs and manage orders to ensure efficient production that meets the location's needs.

Beyond operational management, supervisors play a crucial role in employee development by supervising, evaluating, and mentoring food service workers. They foster employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork, while maintaining a safe and hazard-free working environment. Supervisors also ensure all food safety and temperature logs are completed with appropriate corrective actions and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment. They monitor and recommend the replacement of equipment as needed to support facility needs.

Flexibility is essential in this role, as the supervisor may need to fill in for absent employees, work occasional night or weekend catering events, and occasionally perform cashier duties. In addition to direct supervision, the Food Service Supervisor maintains communication within the team, attends staff meetings, and promotes positive public relations. This position requires someone adept at multi-tasking and capable of handling various responsibilities that contribute to a seamless and successful food service operation.

Overall, this full-time position offers a chance to advance your career with a reputable company that values service, teamwork, and professional development. Aramark provides a supportive environment where employees can grow while making a positive impact on customers, co-workers, and communities. If you are ready to take on a leadership role in food service and make a difference every day, this opportunity with Aramark awaits you.
