Working at Ocean Spray means being part of a 24/7 operational environment where flexibility, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are paramount. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field along with at least five years of experience in food or beverage quality systems. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial in order to influence and interact effectively with employees at all levels. This role offers a competitive salary range between $65,700 and $90,310 annually, reflecting candidates' skills, experience, and internal market benchmarks. Additionally, Ocean Spray provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, well-being, and career development of its employees from day one.

This Food Safety & Quality Supervisor opportunity is perfect for a quality-focused professional eager to contribute to a respected cooperative with a rich legacy. Ocean Spray invites passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to join their team and help uphold their commitment to grower-owned values, sustainable results, integrity, and inclusive teamwork.
