Food Runner/Support, Sweeney's - Full Time

We are currently seeking a part-time Food Runner to join our vibrant team at The Lenox. This role is critical to maintaining the flow and quality of our dining operations, ensuring that guests enjoy timely, accurate, and beautifully presented dishes. The Food Runner works closely with kitchen staff and servers, supporting service in three unique dining outlets: Sweeney's on Boylston, a lively neighborhood spot offering authentic Irish dishes and Lenox favorites; The Irving at The Lenox, an intimate cocktail bar with a historic ambiance and expertly crafted drinks; and Willow & Ivy, headed by Executive Chef Daniel Kenney, which provides a fresh and refined dining experience with New England-inspired American cuisine in an elegant setting.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys teamwork. The Food Runner plays a pivotal role in hospitality by connecting the kitchen to the guest dining experience, supporting the service team with both front-of-house tasks and maintaining a clean, organized dining space. You will have the opportunity to contribute to creating seamless guest experiences by anticipating needs with professionalism and warmth.

The role requires flexibility, as shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
