Job Requirements
- Must be able to run food accurately as ordered
- Must present food according to Lure Fish House standards
- Must pre-buss tables effectively
- Ability to memorize seat numbers and pivot points
- Ability to memorize floor chart
- Must respond timely to guest inquiries
- Able to perform relevant restaurant duties
- Should interact professionally with guests
- Must perform light cleaning and restroom checks
- Must supervise window operations with little or no oversight
- Must have superior knowledge of menu items for quality checks
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand, speak, and read English

Job Duties
- Run food to guests table
- Pre-buss tables throughout the meal
- Memorize seat numbers and pivot points
- Memorize floor chart
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
- Interact with guests professionally
- Perform light cleaning and restroom checks
- Run the window with minimal or no supervision
- Conduct quality checks of menu items throughout the shift
