Currently, Lure Fish House is seeking dedicated Food Runners/Prebussers to join their team. As a Food Runner/Prebusser, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive their meals exactly as ordered, presented at the highest standards, and delivered promptly in sync with the dining pace. Additionally, the position requires assisting with table turnover by pre-bussing throughout the meal and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area. Importantly, Food Runners/Prebussers represent the brand to guests, requiring professionalism, attentiveness, and hospitality skills.

  • Able to perform relevant restaurant duties

  • Must perform light cleaning and restroom checks
  • Must supervise window operations with little or no oversight
  • Must have superior knowledge of menu items for quality checks
