Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Monitor and coordinate the preparation and delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely and accurate service

- verify that each order is complete and correct, including any special requests or dietary restrictions
- act as a liaison between the back-of-house and front-of-house, communicating any delays, changes, or issues with orders
- assist servers and kitchen staff as needed, including running food, clearing plates, and restocking supplies
- maintain a clean and organized expo station, following all health and safety regulations
- provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally
