The current opportunity is for the position of Food Runner/Expo at the Bellevue, WA location situated in the popular Lincoln Square shopping center. Working within Din Tai Fung’s established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the Food Runner/Expo acts as a vital liaison between the kitchen and diners, contributing directly to the restaurant's mission of delivering first-class dining experiences. The position offers an hourly pay rate starting at $17.13, supplemented with tips estimated between $11.75 to $12.75 per hour, reflecting the value placed on quality service and teamwork.

Job Duties

  • Run food to guests at their tables
  • Pack takeout orders
  • Keep the Expo Station and Takeout Packing Stations clean and organized according to Din Tai Fung’s Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assist with maintaining smooth communication between kitchen and service staff
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in food delivery
  • Support team members during busy periods
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
