This full-time or part-time position offers flexible scheduling options, with expected hours ranging from 15 to 40 per week and an hourly pay rate between $14.00 and $16.00. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, customer service, and helping operations run smoothly. This role is vital in managing incoming phone calls, taking orders, assisting customers, and efficiently dispatching delivery drivers to ensure timely deliveries and excellent service. In addition to answering phones and taking orders, the Phone Attendant/Delivery Dispatcher will be responsible for bagging takeout and delivery orders, organizing and cleaning the workspace, and performing closing procedures. This position demands excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is a plus, and familiarity with the Toast POS system and order management is preferred.
